 1. Architect / Interior Designer

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop residential & commercial spaces

• Create detailed architectural/interior layouts and 3D visualizations

• Collaborate with project teams and vendors for smooth execution

• Ensure functionality, quality, and aesthetic standards

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Architecture or Interior Design

• 5+ years of relevant experience (real estate preferred)

• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Photoshop, etc.

• Strong design sensibility and communication skills

 2. Planning Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed project schedules and resource plans

• Monitor project progress and report deviations

• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and internal teams

• Ensure timely completion within budget and scope

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering or related field

• 5+ years of experience in project planning (real estate/construction preferred)

• Proficient in MS Project, Primavera, and project tracking tools

• Strong analytical and organizational skills
