 Position: Senior Site Engineer – Execution
 Location: Mangalore

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily site execution activities
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and consultants
• Ensure quality control and adherence to project timelines
• Prepare and manage site reports and documentation

Requirements:

• B.E./Diploma in Civil Engineering
• 8+ years of relevant experience in construction project execution
• High Rise Experience preferred
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in project management tools preferred

 Position: Accounts Executive – Blue Flag Project
 Location: Mangalore

Responsibilities:

• Maintain project-related financial records
• Handle invoicing, payments, and reconciliations
• Prepare MIS reports and assist in audits
• Ensure compliance with company accounting policies

Requirements:

• B.Com/M.Com or equivalent qualification
• Minimum 2 years of accounting experience
• Proficiency in Tally & MS Excel
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
