The second wave of coronavirus has been a difficult situation for businesses to overcome. The lockdown further intensified the grim situation that was already prevailing in the country. However, there are businesses and organizations which have stepped forward to provide much-needed support in this pandemic. The real estate association in the city has also been making necessary contributions in the time of crisis, one of them being CREDAI, Mangaluru. The apex body for all private real estate developers in the city has also started the Covid Helpline with the cooperation of all its members. The help centre helps an individual with availing an ambulance service, PPE kit etc. It will also provide funds for conducting the last rites of the Covid victims.
In a similar well-appreciated initiative, a Covid vaccination drive was held by NorthernSky Properties at NorthernSky City Premises in Mangaluru, in association with Justice K S Hegde Charitable Hospital, on Wednesday, June 9.
Vaccines were administered to the residents of NorthernSky City, Pumpwell and employees of NorthernSky Properties at NorthernSky City, Clubhouse.
The drive was undertaken following all Covid protocols.
